Thank you for taking the time to read my page, my name is Michael Davis and I am the owner of Florida Pro Wash, LLC. I have a 12 year background in luxury home construction, of which 9 years I was a state licensed general contractor. 8 years ago I started in the pressure cleaning industry and have worked on growing my business to the point where now I power wash full time year round. I am originally from Rhode Island and have serviced the following states power washing: Rhode Island, Connecticut, Massachusetts, New York, North Carolina and for the past 3 winters South Florida.

I offer my services to homeowners, small businesses, shopping centers, private clubs, apartment complexes and condo associations. I have personally cleaned several thousand jobs over the past 8 years and I operate my business either by myself or with another highly trained professional. As with any specialized trade where skill, knowledge and professionalism is required a business operates the best when things go smoothly. When we are hired to do a job it is done right the first time without careless errors and always a happy customer. Over the years I have had many repeat customers and business from their family, neighbors, friends and co-workers that have heard about my services. I believe that when something is good people spread the word to the ones they are close with.

  • 1 million per occurrence / 2 million aggregate (can be easily increased to meet the needs of our customer)
