What is pressure cleaning?
A Pressure cleaning has many common terms also known as pressure washing, power washing and soft washing but it all refers to the method of cleaning exterior surfaces with pressurized water and chemical cleaners.
What is low-pressure cleaning?
A Typical pressure cleaning involves washing surfaces using high water pressure which is fine for hard surfaces such as concrete or hardwoods. Delicate surfaces such as stucco, painted finishes, wood or vinyl can be damaged by high pressure. The solution is low pressure cleaning through the use of our specialized equipment in combination with the specialty cleaners that we use.

What cleaners do you use?
A The safest, most effective and most commonly produced cleaner is sodium hypochlorite (chlorine bleach). This chemical was first discovered in 1789 and is commonly used to purify drinking water, remove algae from pools & spas, whiten laundry, as a kitchen & bathroom cleaner and sanitizing spray to name a few. Sodium hypochlorite has a 100% organic makeup and is the most produced cleaner in the world today.
Don't be misled by companies using the term "organic cleaners" bleach is organic too.
Don't be mislead that bleach is unsafe and that you need to pay a lot more for a specialty organic cleaner. The bleach concentration that we handle is as safe as any specialty cleaner. The person handling the chemicals should be more of a concern than which cleaner they are handling.
Our House Wash is a mixture of chlorine bleach, powdered detergent cleaner, spot free rinse additive (prevents spotting on glass) and diluted with the correct ratio of water.
Will these cleaners harm my landscaping?
A Not when handled by a professional - any cleaner designed to treat mold could potentially harm your landscaping. We use these chemicals daily and our precautionary measures will give you the results you are looking for.
Why must cleaners be used?
A Cleaners eliminate mold growth and act as surface lubricant to easily remove dirt and stains all using low pressure.
