We specialize in no pressure chemical roof cleaning. It is never recommended to use a pressure washer on any roof surface. We see so many companies using concrete surface cleaners to wash roofs. Sure, it does the job but the results do not last as long as a chemical roof treatment and the risk of damaging roof tiles or roof shingles is very high. Our no pressure chemical roof cleaning methods are non invasive reducing the risk of damage to your roof and personal injury. Our chemical roof treatment is a concentrated house wash mixture with a mixture of tri sodium phosphate (TSP). The chemical is applied with a low pressure pump 60 psi pressure (equivalent to garden hose pressure).

We typically only work on single story roofs because most of the time I will work alone. We will do second story roofs if they are easily accessible, please call to inquire about your roof. I use satellite images to view your roof so I give you an answer about your roof without visiting the property.
